Well done to our U-17 footballers who defeated Fethard in Littleton this afternoon to qualify for the County final where they will take on neighbours Moyne/Templetuohy. The lads had a quick start and Dylan Quinlan's 7th minute goal gave them a 1-6 to 0-4 advantage at the break. A strong second half performance from a well-organised side saw them run out 1-11 to 0-7 winners. The final is provisionally fixed for Saturday next at 2pm with the venue to be announced. Brackens will be aiming to land their second title having defeated Cahir in the 2018 decider in New Inn. Best of luck boys.
