The club will hold its Senior AGM via Zoom on Saturday December 12th at 8pm. The only matter to be dealt with on the night will be the election of the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. Nominations for these three positions, along with any motions, must be with the outgoing Secretary, Aoife Percy, no later than Dec 2nd. Once the aforementioned officers have been elected the meeting will then adjourn to a date not yet specified due to Covid-19 restrictions where all other AGM business will be conducted. Anyone wishing to attend via Zoom can contact the Secretary for the log-in details. Anyone wishing to receive a copy of either the Secretary or Treasurer's report or any motions submitted (if any) can do so by contacting the Secretary on or after December 3rd.
