Our U-15 hurlers had a great run in Division 2 of the Feile in Moneygall on Saturday last. The boys won all three of their group games against St. Judes of Dublin, Kinvara of Galway and Tulla of Clare to qualify for the semi-final. Kiltha Og from Cork provided the opposition here where the boys recorded a fine 1-6 to 1-3 victory to advance to an all Tipperary final against Newport, who conquered the boys in the County Final (1-5 to 0-3). Unfortunately the outcome was the same again with the result almost identical (1-5 to 0-4). Brackens lost nothing in defeat and conducted themselves with great discipline throughout the day. They were a credit to themselves and their families and represented the club with great pride. Well done to all involved.
