Just as it was the previous Saturday the club secured an U-14/Senior double. In the opener in Boherlahan we held off a very strong Clonmel Commercials fightback to triumph on a 4-4 to 3-3 scoreline and now go on to face Shannon Rovers in the County Final. ( Possibly next weekend - nothing confirmed yet ). On to Golden and yet again the West venue proved lucky as we fought very very hard to secure a four point victory over a game Ballyporeen side. Final score: 1-12 to 0-11. Our Seniors now take a break from Championship action until July or August but will continue with County League games throughout the summer months.
