The juvenile club will hold its AGM via Zoom on March 4th at 8pm. The only matter to be dealt with on the night will be the election of the Chairperson and Secretary. Nominations for these positions, must be forwarded to the outgoing Secretary by Feb 26th, Once the officers have been elected we will set a date for the adjourned AGM to elect our management teams and the rest of the meeting will then adjourn to a date not yet specified due to Covid-19 restrictions where all other AGM business will be conducted.
