Our U-17 hurlers claimed their third win of the campaign in the Ragg last night as they defeated Drom-Inch 4-16 to 0-17. A first half hat-trick from Ciaran O'Shea paved the way for a 3-8 to 0-10 half-time lead. And having played against the strong breeze in the opening half Brackens were never in any second half danger. Padraic O'Shea added a 4th goal to leave Brackens eleven clear at the final whistle. They now face Durlas Og in their final group game in the Park on Monday night next (7pm). Brackens currently top the table on score difference from Durlas Og so a draw will see them claim top spot.
